The Reds are still favourites to go through following Tuesday night’s 0-0 draw against Inter in Milan but history shows they are in a precarious position against the wily Portuguese manager.

Jose Mourinho will escape disciplinary action following his remarks about referee Luis Medina Cantalejo.
The Inter Milan manager was critical of Cantalejo’s performance during the 0-0 draw with United on Tuesday. But Uefa have confirmed that no action will taken against him, meaning he will avoid a potential touchline ban for the second leg at Old Trafford on March 11.
